Grange Co-operative Singers

The Singers are based in Dovercourt and have been supported by the Co-op Society since 1994. As well as singing at local events, once a year the singers join with the Tendring Caprice Orchestra,  travelling  to various venues in Europe to perform.Contact Ann Lord, 01255 506282

Concorde Singers 

The Singers put on two major concert’s a year, summer and Christmas, and raise funds for local charities. They also perform at a number of functions e.g. weddings, residents associations, parties, throughout the year. Contact Carol Clements, 01206 213065.

Clacton-on-Sea Co-operative Band

The band have been supported by the co-op society since 1978.  They are a traditional brass band and  maintain a standard that equals many of the top bands in the South East of England.  During the year the band plays competitively at brass band contests and performs in concerts and events across the UK and has appeared on BBC radio and television.  Their music includes an extensive range of traditional brass band music and  arrangements of classical, jazz, pop, light, film music, music from shows. Colne Harmony 

Colchester  Ladies Barbershop Chorus -The ladies in the chorus have lots of fun both at rehearsals and when performing on a wide range of occasions.  The chorus also compete in barbershop competitions at regional and international level.Contact - Audrey Flanigan, 01787 37290
