East of England Co-op Funeral Services expands into Thetford

East of England Co-op Funeral Services is extending its care and support for the communities in Norfolk with the opening of its first branch in Thetford.

From Monday 20 May, Funeral Arrangers Lisa Smith and Susan Cochrane, will be managing the branch on Bury Road, which will be open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, and Saturday from 9am to 2pm.

Colin Dixon, Head of Funeral Services at the East of England Co-op, said: “As an local independent co-operative, we’re proud to be able to extend our services, care and professionalism to the people of Thetford.

“Our team will be able to offer expert advice on multi-faith funeral arrangements, bereavement support and pre-paid funeral plans for those looking to plan ahead.

“We look forward to meeting the local community and welcome them to call-in to say hello and see the new arranging office.”
