Traditional funeral

In this section

Our Traditional funeral offers comprehensive choices from our full range of services, providing the greatest flexibility and widest choice when arranging a loved one’s funeral.

Your loved one’s funeral ceremony can be led by an experienced celebrant, minister or faith representative at a church, cemetery and/or crematorium of your choice. Our professional team of Funeral Arrangers will support you in arranging a unique and fitting celebration of your loved one’s life. This funeral can provide a traditional memorial service followed by either a cremation or graveside burial service.

Whilst we’re supporting you with making the funeral arrangements, your loved one will be cared for at one of our Chapels of Rest. You can visit them at a time of your choosing.

On the day of the funeral, our team will be with you every step of the way. If chosen, we can provide transport for you and your family to the funeral ceremony, and your loved one will be able to accompany you in one of our hearses. You may wish to travel via a special route, including a trip to your loved one’s home address or make one last visit to their favourite place.
