The East of England Co-op shall not be liable for any goods or services or offers provided by the Partner or any act or omission of the Partner, save as required by law or where caused by the East of England Co-op's negligence. The East of England Co-op reserve the right to withdraw Partners or services at any time without notice. This includes orders, bookings or offers redeemed where there are signs or evidence of abuse or attempted abuse. If it is necessary for the redemption of an offer, the East of England Co-op will pass the member name, member card number and if required email / address for processing. This is to be used in order to fulfil a booking or order only and will not be used for marketing purposes unless otherwise authorised by the member. This will be in accordance with the East of England and Partner privacy policies. The East of England Co-op and their Partners, acting reasonably, reserve the right to change terms and conditions at any time. Partner Offers (Voucher is used as a general term to redeem Partner offers but includes and is not limited to offers, vouchers, codes and points.) Partner offers can only be claimed and booked by the East of England Co-op member. To use your voucher, you must produce your East of England Membership card on arrival. Members may be asked to provide proof of identification. To be entitled to Partner offers, East of England Co-op Members must have transacted within 6 months prior to the date the offer is redeemed. Acceptance is subject to the establishment’s own terms and conditions and availability. The original voucher should be used, no copies will be accepted. Vouchers must be used by the expiry date shown. Exchange or sale of vouchers are prohibited. Voucher sale 0.0001p. All elements of the offer are subject to availability, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. Vouchers that are damaged, altered or that have already been redeemed will not be accepted. Offer details are subject to change without notice and are correct at the time of being published or going to print. The acceptance of any changes to bookings is at the sole discretion of the Partner and the East of England Co-op will not enter into correspondence regarding any disputes to this affect. The East of England Co-op is not responsible for any element of booking the offer. Bookings and any correspondence in relation to bookings must be made directly with the Partner.
