Your Divi Points & Share Account

  • Get a share account statement

    Request a statement of your share account here

    Please note this statement shows your current balance of your share account only, it does not include your dividend points breakdown.

  • Add a missed receipt

    If you have forgotten your membership card when you shop, just let our colleagues know at the till and keep your receipt. Next time you pop in, just show your receipt and your membership card to redeem your missed points. 

    If you don't have a barcode on your receipt, our Membership Support Team will be able to help.

    You can email a photo of your receipt with your membership number to membershipsupport@eastofengland.coop or post the receipt to us at: Membership Support, East of England Co-op, Wherstead Park, The Street, Wherstead, Ipswich, IP9 2BJ.

    You can also add a missed receipt by uploading it online here. Please attach a photograph of your receipt on the form. 

    You have 30 days following your purchase to redeem your missed points. 

  • Withdraw funds from your share account

    Click here to download the form to receive your funds by BACS. You will need to complete this form and either email it back to us at membersupport@eastofengland.coop – or pop it in the post to us at:

    If you have a higher value request, you may be asked to supply two forms of identification, one of which must show a recent photo and another with your current address (a utility bill is best).

  • Add funds to your account

    You can pay into your account via electronic transfer: To make a payment into your share account using your bank's own telephone or internet banking service you will need to enter our sort code, our account number and your share account number.

    Reference:                     Please use your share account number (6 digits)

  • Close your account

    If you'd like to close your membership account please download the application form here.

    You will need to print, sign and return this form to:

    Unfortunately we can't process requests to close membership accounts online as we require a signature for our records.

  • Notify us that an account holder is deceased

    If you wish to notify us that an account holder has passed away please call us on 0800 389 5354 from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday-Friday.
