If you have forgotten your membership card when you shop, just let our colleagues know at the till and keep your receipt. Next time you pop in, just show your receipt and your membership card to redeem your missed points.
If you don't have a barcode on your receipt, our Membership Support Team will be able to help.
You can email a photo of your receipt with your membership number to membershipsupport@eastofengland.coop or post the receipt to us at: Membership Support, East of England Co-op, Wherstead Park, The Street, Wherstead, Ipswich, IP9 2BJ.
You can also add a missed receipt by uploading it online here. Please attach a photograph of your receipt on the form.
