The East of England Co-op is pleased to announce the relocation of its Travel branch in Brightlingsea to a new, convenient location in Samsons Road.

The move follows news of the planned transfer of the East of England Co-op Food store in Samsons Road to Sainsbury’s, ensuring continued service for our valued customers in the heart of the community.

The new branch at Unit 1, Car Park, Samsons Road is situated in the car park of the current Food store in Samsons Road and is a purpose-built, self-charging pod equipped with solar panels, furthering the retailer's commitment to sustainability.

Andy Rigby, Acting Chief Executive Officer for the East of England Co-op, said:
"Our Travel branch has been a key part of the Brightlingsea community, helping residents plan memorable holidays and trips. We’re thrilled to continue this tradition from our new home. This move reflects our commitment to meeting our customers’ needs and adapting to changes while ensuring we remain as eco-friendly as possible."
